بنام پدید آورنده زیبائی ها🔴
🌍 قله سلطان سبلان مرتفعترین قله غرب کشور و سومین قله کشور عزیزمان ایران و دریاچه زیبا در راس قله که یکی از 5 دریاچه مرتفع جهان میباشد/
سبلان چندین مسیر صعود دارد که رایج ترین مسیر ، همین مسیر شمال شرقی از لاهرود و آبگرم شابیل و پناهگاه حسینیه میباشد/
مسیر دوم، آلوارس است که پیمایش و افزایش ارتفاع یکسان داشته و از شرق سبلان و سرعین ، پیست آلوارس و ییلاق خیراندیش که بنام قره مسجد (قره مچید) نامیده می‌شود، شروع می‌شود که فاقد پناهگاه بوده و در ییلاق پای کار کمپ میکنند/
مسیر قارتال از سمت غرب که فنی تر بوده و عبور از یخچال هم شامل می‌شود و سایر مسیرهای زمستانی/
🔷️شرح صعود:
روز یکشنبه با خودرو شخصی سوزوکی ویتارا از مشکین شهر به لاهرود و آبگرم شابیل رفتیم که حدود 30 کیلومتر جاده آسفالته با کیفیت مناسب بود/
در محل آبگرم در ارتفاع 2700 متری کانکس و سوئیت جهت شبمانی موجود است و پس از کرایه سوئیت ، شب در شابیل استراحت کردیم و افراد علاقه مند می‌توانند تا 10 شب از مجموعه آبگرم شابیل بهره ببرند ، مجموعه نسبتا مجهز و خوب /
صبح روز دوشنبه با خودرو شخصی و با جاده آفرودیت سنگلاخی و کاملا بی‌کیفیت بسمت پناهگاه حرکت کردیم که حدود 10 کیلومتر هست و البته لندرور در شابیل موجود است هر سرویس 6 نفره در این تاریخ 2400000 تومان کرایه رفت هزینه دارد که اگر مسافر تکمیل باشد هر نفر 400 میشه و گرنه برای ما که دو نفر بودیم هر نفر 1200 میشد و برگشت هم 1200 یعنی جمعا جهت رفت و برگشت دو نفر تا پناهگاه 4800000 تومان هزینه داشت و با توجه به تجربه قبلی قرار شد چنانچه مسافر تکمیل شد با لندرور کرایه برویم که بدلیل خلوت بودن وسط هفته ،همسفر جور نشد و ترجیحا با خودرو شخصی خودم طی مسیر کردیم!
چنانچه قصد داشته باشید از آبگرم شابیل تا پناهگاه را پیاده طی کنید حدود 6 کیلومتر و 1000متر افزایش ارتفاع در پیش دارید/ چون مسیر پیاده میان بر هست/
ارتفاع پناهگاه 3700 متر
ارتفاع قله 4800 متر
رفت و برگشت از پناهگاه 8.6 کیلومتر/
پناهگاه شامل چندین اتاق و سالن و فروشگاه و سرویس بهداشتی و آب چشمه هست/
حتما قبل صعود یک شب در پناهگاه بمانید که بدنتان به ارتفاع عادت کند (جهت کوهنوردان معمولی)
بیشترین مشکل صعود سبلان مسئله ارتفاع هست وگرنه طول مسیر و افزایش ارتفاع در حد متوسط میباشد/
بدلیل مه گرفتگی و گم شدن در مسیر ، حتما با جی پی اس و یا راهنما وارد مسیر بشوید ! بدلیل تعدد پاکوب ،احتمال گم شدن در هوای مه آلود بسیار بسیار زیاد است/
روز قبل از صعود جهت هم هوا شدن 450 متر افزایش ارتفاع داشتیم از پناهگاه به ارتفاع 4120 رفته و برگشتیم/
صبح روز سه شنبه 20 تیر 403 ، ساعت 7 صبح استارت و ساعت 11:30 قله زیبا را صعود کردیم/
دریاچه در این تاریخ کاملا یخ زده بود/
بدلیل بارش بیش از نرمال برف در زمستان گذشته ،بیشتر پاکوب ها خراب و یا زیر برف بود/
در تراک موجود
،مسیر رفت مناسب تر هست و در برگشت جهت تنوع در یال شرقی پیمایش در برف داشتیم/
یکساعت کنار دریاچه در راس قله بودیم و ساعت 12:40 شروع فرود 3 ساعته تا پناهگاه/
ساعت15:40 پناهگاه بودیم و با خودرو شخصی ساعت 17 به آبگرم شابیل رسیده و تمام/

Sultan Sablan peak is the highest peak in the west of the country and the third peak of our beloved country, Iran, and the beautiful lake at the top of the peak, which is one of the 5 highest lakes in the world.
Sablan has several climbing routes, the most common route is the northeast route from Lahrud and Shabil spa and Hosseinieh shelter.
The second route is Alvares, which has the same route and height increase and starts from the east of Sablan and Sarein, the Alvares track and Khairandish Yilaq, which is called Qara Masjid (Qara Machid), which has no shelter and they camp in the Yilaq Pai Kar.
The Qartal route from the west, which is more technical and includes crossing the glacier, and other winter routes/
Description of climb:
On Sunday, we went from Meshkin Shahr to Lahrud and Shabil spa with a Suzuki Vitara car, which was about 30 km of good quality asphalt road.
At the spa place at an altitude of 2700 meters, there are cabins and suites for evening parties, and after renting the suite, we rested at Shabil for the night, and interested people can use the Shabil spa complex for up to 10 nights, it is a relatively well-equipped and good complex.
On Monday morning, we went to the shelter with a private car on a rocky and completely poor quality Aphrodite road, which is about 10 km, and of course Land Rover is available in Shabil, each service for 6 people on this date costs 2,400,000 tomans, if there are full passengers, each person It will be 400, otherwise for two of us, it would be 1200 per person, and the return would be 1200, which means that it would cost 4,800,000 tomans for the round trip of two people to the shelter, and according to previous experience, it was decided that if the passengers were full, we would rent a Land Rover, because Being lonely in the middle of the week, my travel companion did not fit, and we preferred to travel with my own car!
If you plan to walk from Shabil Spa to the shelter, you will have to gain about 6 km and 1000 meters of altitude/ because the walking route is a short cut/
The height of the shelter is 3700 meters
The height of the peak is 4800 meters
Round trip from the shelter 8.6 km/
The shelter includes several rooms, halls, shops, toilets and spring water.
Be sure to stay overnight in the shelter before climbing so that your body gets used to the altitude (for regular climbers).
The biggest problem of climbing Sablan is the height problem, otherwise the length of the route and the increase in height is moderate.
Due to the fog and getting lost on the route, be sure to enter the route with GPS or a guide! Due to the abundance of pakob, the possibility of getting lost in foggy weather is very, very high.
The day before the ascent, we had to increase the altitude by 450 meters in order to gain air, we went from the shelter to the altitude of 4120 and returned.
On the morning of Tuesday, July 20, 403, we started at 7:00 AM and climbed the beautiful peak at 11:30 AM.
The lake was completely frozen on this date.
Due to more than normal snowfall last winter, most of the pakoobs were damaged or under snow/

The going route is more suitable, and on the way back, we had to navigate in the snow on the eastern side for variety.
We were by the lake at the top of the peak for an hour and at 12:40 we started the 3-hour descent to the shelter.
We were at the shelter at 15:40 and reached Shabil Spa by private car at 17:00 and that's it.
