Au départ de la maison d'hôtes Le Valangré, cette petite ballade de moins de 3km est parfaite pour découvrir la beauté des lieux. Vous longez d'abord sur 200 m le petit ruisseau du "Train" que vous traversez un peu plus loin à la confluence du "Ry du Pré Delcourt". Ensuite, après un court passage sur l'asphalte, vous vous retrouvez sur la colline qui surplombe le village, en plein bois.
Retour par le charmant "Sentier des brebis" pour rejoindre l'ancienne voie du Vicinal (tramway de campagne Jodoigne-Charleroi jusque dans les années1950) le long du château du notaire Jamar.

From the guest house Le Valangré (Gistoux), this small walk of less than 3km is perfect to discover the beauty of the surroundings. You first walk for about 200 m along the little creek the "Train" which you cross a little further at the confluence of "Ry du Pré Delcourt". Then, after a short passage on an asphalt street, you find yourself on the hill that overlooks the village, in the middle of the woods.
Return by the charming "Sentier des brebis" (litt. Sheep Trail) to join the old way of the Vicinal (countryside tramway till the 1950's) along the castle of notary Jamar.
